The invention relates to a vehicle path planning method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the multi-view image data of the vehicle, and extracting the multi-view features of the vehicle from the multi-view image data through a preset neural network model; obtaining a bird's-eye view BEV feature according to the multi-view feature of the vehicle, and detecting whether the vehicle is within a preset safety bounding box range or not; if the vehicle is in a preset safety bounding box range, judging that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving state and executing a dangerous driving reminding action, otherwise, judging that the vehicle is in a safe driving state, identifying driving information of vehicles on adjacent lanes, and planning a driving path of the vehicle according to the driving information and the preset safety bounding box range; and controlling the vehicle to run along the driving path. Therefore, the problems that accurate prediction is difficult to carry out, collision risks are easily caused, the safety, intelligence and practicability of path planning are reduced and the like when a barrier emergently and transversely invades in the prior art are solved.
