The invention discloses a clutch electromagnetic valve self-adaptive control method and system and a vehicle, a clutch is applied to a dual-motor direct-drive hybrid power system, and the dual-motor direct-drive hybrid power system comprises a first motor and a second motor; the control method comprises the steps that in a fixed gear direct drive mode, a vehicle control unit judges whether the current vehicle state meets the electromagnetic valve self-adaptive function activation condition or not; after the self-adaptive function of the electromagnetic valve is activated, the first motor balances engine output torque, the second motor compensates torque required by a driver, and current pressure characteristic parameters actually measured by the current electromagnetic valve are obtained; and the vehicle control unit compares the current pressure characteristic parameter actually measured by the current electromagnetic valve with the current pressure characteristic parameter reference value of the electromagnetic valve to obtain the current self-adaptive offset of the electromagnetic valve, and the current self-adaptive offset of the electromagnetic valve is added to the current pressure characteristic parameter reference value of the electromagnetic valve. Self-adaptive control of the electromagnetic valve of the clutch is effectively achieved, and the working efficiency and stability of the clutch are improved.

    本发明公开了离合器电磁阀自适应控制方法及其系统、车辆,离合器应用于双电机直驱混动系统,其中,双电机直驱混动系统包括第一电机和第二电机;其控制方法包括:在固定挡位直驱模式下,整车控制器判断当前车辆状态是否满足电磁阀自适应功能激活条件;在电磁阀自适应功能激活后,第一电机平衡发动机输出扭矩,第二电机补偿驾驶员需求扭矩,得到当前电磁阀实测的电流压力特性参数;整车控制器对比当前电磁阀实测的电流压力特性参数与电磁阀的电流压力特性参数基准值,得到电磁阀电流自适应偏移量,将电磁阀电流自适应偏移量加在电磁阀的电流压力特性参数基准值。本发明有效实现离合器电磁阀自适应控制,提高离合器的工作效率和稳定性。
