    本发明公开了一种车用电磁离合器控制方法和系统,属于汽车动力系统技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、汽车整车控制器将离合器的工作指令、主动轴转速S1、从动轴转速S2和电磁离合器工作模式信息发送ECM;S2、根据所述整车控制器对发动机动力的响应速度,选择不同的汽车动力模式;S3、所述ECM接收到所述整车控制器发出的信息进行判断;S4、电流实时采样模块采集当前离合器线圈的实时电流Iinf;S5、PID控制模块比对当前周期的目标电流Iref与采样得到的实时电流Iinf,将比对结果输出到电压输出模块,由电压输出模块输出电压控制离合器线圈工作电流的大小,改变电磁离合器的连接力大小,以兼顾汽车操控性能和驾驶舒适性。
