According to the present invention, an electronic clutch for vehicles comprises: a pulley rotated by a belt delivering power from a vehicle engine; an electronic coil member placed in a coil placement part formed on the pulley; and a disc assembly connected to a driving shaft of an air conditioner compressor. A plurality of ring-shaped holes having a concentric circle are formed on the pulley, but the ring-shaped holes of the pulley are filled with a metal or synthetic resin nonmagnetic body to integrate the pulley separated by the ring-shaped holes. In addition, the electronic coil member comprising a coil and a coil housing is placed in the coil placement part of the pulley, and the inner edge surface of the coil housing is tapered, and thus the floor of the inner surface of the coil housing is 1.5-3 times thicker than the outer part of the inner surface. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the nonmagnetic body in the ring-shaped holes integrates the pulley to remove a connection part formed in an existing pulley, a loss of magnetic force generated from the pulley magnetized by the electronic coil member is reduced, and thus adhesion force between the pulley and the disc assembly can be easily increased due to the magnetization of the pulley. Moreover, since the inner edge surface of the coil housing of the electronic coil member is tapered, the floor of the inner surface of the coil housing is thicker than the outer part of the inner surface, and thus magnetic force from the coil of the electronic coil member is more smoothly delivered to the pulley through the coil housing.

    본 발명에 의한 차량용 전자클러치는 차량 엔진의 동력을 전달하는 벨트에 의해 회전되는 풀리, 상기 풀리에 형성되는 코일안치부에 배치되는 전자코일부재, 에어컨 컴프레셔의 구동샤프트에 연결되는 디스크어셈블리로 이루어지는 차량용 전자클러치에 있어서, 동심원을 갖는 다수의 환형구멍이 풀리에 형성되되, 금속 또는 합성수지 재질의 비자성체가 상기 풀리의 환형구멍에 채워져서 다수의 환형구멍에 의해 분리되는 풀리를 일체화하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지며, 또한 코일과 코일하우징으로 구성되는 전자코일부재가 상기 풀리에 형성된 코일안치부에 배치되는 것을 포함하되, 상기 코일하우징의 내부 둘레면을 테이퍼 형태로 형성하여 코일하우징의 내부면 바닥쪽의 두께가 내부면 바깥쪽 두께보다 1.5 ~ 3배 크게 형성됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 풀리의 환형구멍에 채워지는 비자성체가 풀리를 일체화하여 종래의 풀리에 형성되는 연결부를 제거하기 때문에, 전자코일부재에 의해 자화되는 풀리에서 발생되는 자기력 손실을 줄여서 풀리의 자화에 의한 풀리와 디스크어셈블리 사이의 밀착력을 용이하게 증대할 수 있으며, 전자코일부재의 코일하우징 내부 둘레면을 테이퍼 형태로 형성하여 코일하우징의 내부면 바닥쪽의 두께가 내부면 바깥쪽 두께보다 두텁게 형성하기 때문에 전자코일부재의 코일에 의한 자기력이 코일하우징을 통하여 풀리에 더욱 원활하게 전달되는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
