    本发明提供了一种混合动力汽车电磁离合器控制器及控制方法,涉及混合动力汽车技术领域。该控制器通过在下壳体上设置第一定位销,PCBA板上设有与第一定位销位置相匹配的第一定位孔,PCBA板通过第一定位孔和第一定位销的配合定位于下壳体上,并使PCBA板的外边缘置于下壳体的定位凸台上;同时上壳体上设置有凸压边,且凸压边能压合至PCBA板的外边缘上方,在上壳体和下壳体的四个边角处分别设有螺孔,自攻螺钉依次穿过上壳体的螺孔和下壳体的螺孔以将PCBA板固定至上壳体和所述下壳体之间。从而将上壳体、PCBA板和下壳体紧固在一起,如此可使PCBA板和上下壳体形成一个整体,提高了控制器的抗振动和抗冲击性能。能长期承受动力总成的振动和冲击和发动机舱的高温环境。
