The invention discloses a constant-current driving control method for an electromagnetic clutch of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: driving an electromagnetic clutch coil by using a set first target current value so as to combine the electromagnetic clutch; and the electromagnetic clutch coil is driven according to the set second target current value, so that the electromagnetic clutch is kept in a combined state. According to the invention, two set target current values are adopted to carry out constant-current driving on the electromagnetic clutch coil according to the working state of the electromagnetic clutch, so that the power consumption of the electromagnetic clutch coil is reduced, the temperature rise of the electromagnetic clutch coil is slowed down, and the highest temperature of the electromagnetic clutch coil is reduced. Therefore, reliable combination of the electromagnetic clutch is guaranteed, the service life of the electromagnetic clutch coil is prolonged, and the failure rate of the electromagnetic clutch coil is reduced.
本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车电磁离合器的恒流驱动控制方法中,以设定的第一目标电流值驱动电磁离合器线圈,以令电磁离合器结合;以设定的第二目标电流值驱动电磁离合器线圈,以令电磁离合器保持结合状态。本发明中,根据电磁离合器的工作状态采用两种设定的目标电流值对电磁离合器线圈进行恒流驱动,电磁离合器线圈的耗电会减小,电磁离合器线圈的温度升高也会变缓,其最高温度也会降低。于是,在保证电磁离合器可靠结合的同时,延长了电磁离合器线圈的使用寿命,降低了电磁离合器线圈的故障率。
