According to the filler composition disclosed by the invention, on one hand, the white carbon black and the modified graphene oxide masterbatch can be combined based on an adsorption effect to block a lamellar layer of graphene oxide, so that the dispersity of the combined filler in a rubber matrix is effectively promoted; on the other hand, the compatibility of the graphene oxide and a rubber matrix can be improved, and the interface bonding is remarkably enhanced on the basis that the modified graphene oxide can participate in the cross-linking reaction of rubber; and thirdly, a silanization reaction of the white carbon black and a silane coupling agent can be catalyzed, and the interface interaction between the white carbon black and a rubber matrix is effectively improved, so that the reinforcing effect of the filler is effectively improved through the synergistic effect of the modified graphene oxide, the white carbon black and the silane coupling agent, and the rolling resistance of tread rubber is reduced.
