The invention provides a sidewall rubber composition of an ultralow rolling resistance tire, which is prepared by mixing a plurality of raw materials, and the sidewall rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 to 55 parts of natural rubber, 45 to 65 parts of butadiene rubber, 6.0 to 10.0 parts of bis-(gamma-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide, 25.0 to 35.0 parts of low heat generation carbon black and 3.0 to 4.0 parts of insoluble sulfur. The invention further provides a mixing method which comprises first-stage mixing and final mixing. The invention also provides a tire with ultralow rolling resistance. According to the present invention, the rolling resistance of the prepared tire is 7.6-7.7 N/KN, and is reduced by 0.3-0.5 N/KN, such that the tire sidewall rolling resistance is reduced, the requirement of the tire with the ultra-low rolling resistance is achieved, and the Shore A hardness, the 100% stress at definite elongation and other modulus properties of the tire sidewall rubber composition achieve the level of the prior art so as to ensure that the modulus properties are not reduced.
