The invention further provides a preparation method of the universal ultralow-rolling-resistance tire crown rubber. The invention further provides a universal tire with ultralow rolling resistance. According to the invention, single rubber and reinforcing agents with similar particle sizes are used, the defect of material compatibility in the formula is eliminated, a new reaction crosslinking mode is innovatively introduced, a vulcanization crosslinking network structure is enlarged and extended, the deformation loss modulus of the crosslinking network is reduced, and ultralow tire rolling resistance performance is realized. The industrial internal mixer production method is innovatively designed, the production efficiency is improved, and tire vulcanization defects are eliminated.

    本发明提供一种通用型超低滚动阻力轮胎冠部胶,包括天然胶、N134炭黑、二氧化硅、超级硅烷偶联剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钠、脂肪酸锌盐、微晶蜡、防老剂4020、防老剂RD、马来酸酐衍生物、酚醛环氧树脂、充油硫磺、促进剂NS;本发明还提供一种通用型超低滚动阻力轮胎冠部胶的制备方法;本发明还提供一种通用型超低滚动阻力轮胎;本发明使用单种橡胶以及粒径相近的补强剂,消除了配方中材料相容性的缺陷,创新性的引入新的反应交联方式,增大、延伸了硫化交联网络结构,降低了交联网络变形损失模量,实现了超低的轮胎滚动阻力性能。创新性的设计了一种工业化密炼机生产方法,提升了生产效率,消除了轮胎硫化病疵。
