The obtained rubber composition has the characteristics of ultralow rolling resistance and cutting resistance, the cutting resistance is improved while the endurance of a new energy automobile is guaranteed, the risk of pattern chipping is avoided, and the service life of a tire is further prolonged.
本发明提供了一种超低滚阻、耐切割的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法,属于轮胎橡胶技术领域。本发明提供的超低滚阻、耐切割的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物采用四嗪环化合物改性的天然胶白炭黑母胶与高支化溶聚丁苯、顺丁橡胶形成网络纵横的三元橡胶体系,再以P‑N杂环作为自组装桥梁将偶联剂负载在芳纶短纤维表面,封闭短纤维多余的活性基团减少自聚,形成的纤维‑白炭黑体系可有效减少白炭黑和纤维自身的团聚提高填料分散。所得到的橡胶组合物具备超低滚阻和耐切割性能的特点,在保障新能源汽车续航的同时提升耐切割,避免花纹掉块的风险,进一步延长轮胎使用寿命。
