The invention discloses a tire tread rubber material for reducing rolling resistance and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of rubber material preparation. The invention relates to a tire tread rubber material capable of reducing rolling resistance. The tire tread rubber material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 20-50 parts of natural rubber, 10-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 40-100 parts of high-dispersion white carbon black, 5-30 parts of aromatic oil and 2-8 parts of a silane coupling agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the tire tread rubber material. The solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is added as a rubber base material, and the high-dispersion white carbon black is added, so that the whole rubber system is low in hysteresis heat generation, small in rolling resistance and high in wet grabbing performance. The preparation method is simple, under the condition that all the components of the system are uniformly mixed, cross-linking curing of high-content rubber is achieved, and the prepared rubber product is high in stability and good in mechanical performance.
本发明公开一种降低滚动阻力的轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,涉及橡胶材料制备技术领域。一种降低滚动阻力的轮胎胎面胶料,按重量份计包括以下组分:溶聚丁苯橡胶50‑90份、天然橡胶20‑50份、顺丁橡胶10‑30份、高分散白炭黑40‑100份、芳烃油5‑30份、硅烷偶联剂2‑8份。本发明还公开了一种轮胎胎面胶料的制备方法。本发明中添加以溶聚丁苯橡胶作为橡胶基材,添加高分散白炭黑,使得整个橡胶体系滞后生热低、滚动阻力小,湿抓性能高。制备方法简单,在保证体系各个组分混合均匀的情况下,实现高分的橡胶的交联固化,制备出的橡胶产品稳定性高,机械性能好。
