The invention belongs to the field of rubber tire manufacturing, and particularly relates to a rubber composition of a tire tread, a mixing method and a low-rolling-resistance tire. The rubber composition for the tire tread comprises: 90-99.5 parts by mass of a rubber component, 0.5-10 parts by mass of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, and 40-100 parts by mass of white carbon black. According to the composition, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) is innovatively introduced for manufacturing the white carbon black tread of a tire and can interact with the white carbon black to weaken the polarity of the white carbon black and improve the dispersion of the white carbon black, so that the dosage of part of the silane coupling agent can be reduced, and the VOC emission of the formula is reduced.

    本发明属于橡胶轮胎制造领域,尤其涉及一种轮胎胎面的橡胶组合物、混炼方法和低滚动阻力轮胎。一种轮胎胎面的橡胶组合物,该组合物包括:90到99.5质量份橡胶组分;0.5到10质量份的氯磺化聚乙烯;40到100质量份白炭黑。该组合物创新性的引入了氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)用于轮胎白炭黑胎面的制作,可以与白炭黑相互作用,减弱白炭黑的极性,增进白炭黑的分散,因此可以降低部分硅烷偶联剂的用量,从而降低配方的VOC排放。
