The invention relates to a tire tread rubber composition with low rolling resistance and high wear resistance. The composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in terms of 100 parts by weight of a raw rubber component: 100 phr of raw rubber, 50-130 phr of white carbon black and 3.0-10.0 phr of a silane coupling agent, the silane coupling agent is composed of a silane coupling agent I and a silane coupling agent II, and the mass ratio of the silane coupling agent I to the silane coupling agent II is (15-50): (50-85). Wherein the silane coupling agent I is 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane and/or 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, and the silane coupling agent II is 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane and/or 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane; and the silane coupling agent II is 3-octanoyl thio-1-propyltriethoxysilane, and the silane coupling agent II is 3-octanoyl thio-1-propyltriethoxysilane. According to the composition, silane is optimized, and the dosage of the silane is regulated and controlled for compounding, so that the tread rubber composition which is relatively excellent in abrasion and relatively balanced in wet skid resistance and rolling resistance is obtained.
