The tread rubber composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65.0 to 90.0 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 10.0 to 35.0 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 50.0 to 70.0 parts of white carbon black, 5.0 to 20.0 parts of silica fume, 1.0 to 10.0 parts of carbon black and 4.0 to 12.0 parts of silane coupling agent, wherein the raw materials are 100 parts by weight of raw rubber components; and a proper amount of an anti-aging agent, an active agent and a vulcanizing agent. The specific surface area of the white carbon black BET is 250-270 m < 2 >/g, and PremiumSW and Solvar chemical products are adopted; the BET specific surface area of the silica fume is 15-25 m < 2 >/g, and P18 and a chemical product are adopted; and the alkane coupling agent adopts NXT and Myi chemical products. The invention has the beneficial effects that the white carbon black and the silica fume are used as fillers, and the silane coupling agent capable of being mixed at high temperature is selected, so that the dispersion of the white carbon black in the tread rubber can be improved, the processing performance of the rubber material is improved, and the key indexes of the rubber material associated with the rolling resistance of the tire are obviously improved.
本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,公开了一种低滚阻高耐磨性轮胎胎面胶组合物,该胎面胶组合物按生胶组分为100重量份由包括以下组分的原料混炼制备得到:溶聚丁苯橡胶65.0‑90.0份、顺式丁二烯橡胶10.0‑35.0份、白炭黑50.0‑70.0份、微硅粉5.0‑20.0份、炭黑1.0‑10.0份、硅烷偶联剂4.0‑12.0份;以及适量的防老剂、活性剂和硫化剂;所述的白炭黑BET比表面积为250‑270m2/g,采用PremiumSW,索尔维化工产品;微硅粉的BET比表面积为15‑25m2/g,采用P18,诶肯化工产品;烷偶联剂采用NXT,迈图化工产品。本发明的有益效果为:并用白炭黑和微硅粉作为填料,同时选择可高温混炼的硅烷偶联剂,可改善白炭黑在胎面胶中的分散,提升胶料加工性能,且与轮胎滚动阻力关联的胶料关键指标有明显改善。
