According to the mixing method of the tread rubber composition, the silane coupling agent II is added during mixing of the first-stage rubber master batch, and the silane coupling agent I is added during mixing of the second-stage rubber master batch. By adjusting a mixing process and processing conditions, the reaction rate of the white carbon black and the silane coupling agent is increased by 20% or more, the rolling resistance coefficient of the 205/65R15 tire reaches 5.6 according to actual measurement, and meanwhile, the wet land grip index reaches 1.60.
