The low-rolling-resistance high-grip tread rubber composition comprises a silane coupling agent I and a silane coupling agent II, the silane coupling agent I is 3-mercaptopropyl ethyoxyl bis [propyl-hexaethyoxyl-silane], the silane coupling agent II is n-octyl triethyoxyl silane, the silane coupling agent II is triethoxysilane, the silane coupling agent I is triethoxysilane, the silane coupling agent II is triethoxysilane, the silane coupling agent I is triethoxysilane, and the silane coupling agent II is triethoxysilane. According to the mixing method of the tread rubber composition, the silane coupling agent II is added during mixing of the first-stage rubber master batch, and the silane coupling agent I is added during mixing of the second-stage rubber master batch. By adjusting a mixing process and processing conditions, the reaction rate of the white carbon black and the silane coupling agent is increased by 20% or more, the rolling resistance coefficient of the 205/65R15 tire reaches 5.6 according to actual measurement, and meanwhile, the wet land grip index reaches 1.60.
