The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber manufacturing, and discloses a high-grip snow tire tread rubber composition. The tread rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40.0 to 90.0 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 10.0 to 60.0 parts of natural rubber, 60.0 to 90.0 parts of white carbon black, 10.0 to 25.0 parts of aluminum oxide or aluminum hydroxide, 1.0 to 10.0 parts of carbon black and 4.0 to 8.0 parts of a silane coupling agent, wherein the raw materials are taken as raw rubber components in terms of 100 parts by weight; and a proper amount of an anti-aging agent, an active agent, an accelerant and a vulcanizing agent. The BET specific surface area of the aluminum oxide or the aluminum hydroxide is 10-20 m < 2 >/g, and the particle size is 1-10 microns. Precipitated silicon dioxide is used for reinforcing the filler, the filler has high reinforcing property, and an aluminum oxide or aluminum hydroxide crystal material prepared by a precipitation method is matched, so that the acting force between the filler and rubber can be reduced, the dispersion degree of the filler is effectively improved, and the processability and ice skid resistance of the rubber material are improved, thereby improving the ice surface road holding force of the tire.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶制造技术领域,公开了一种高抓地雪地轮胎胎面胶组合物,所述胎面胶组合物按生胶组分为100重量份计包括以下组分的原料混炼制备得到:顺式丁二烯橡胶40.0‑90.0份、天然橡胶10.0‑60.0份、白炭黑60.0‑90.0份、氧化铝或氢氧化铝10.0‑25.0份、炭黑1.0‑10.0份、硅烷偶联剂4.0‑8.0份;以及适量的防老剂、活性剂、促进剂和硫化剂;所述氧化铝或氢氧化铝的BET比表面积为10‑20m2/g,粒径为1‑10um。本发明使用沉淀二氧化硅补强填充剂,具备高补强性,配合沉淀法制备的氧化铝或氢氧化铝晶体材料,可降低填料和橡胶之间的作用力,有效提高填料的分散程度,提高胶料的加工性能和抗冰滑特性,从而提高轮胎的冰面抓地力。
