The invention discloses a method for monitoring thermal runaway of a battery, a battery management system, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a power utilization system.The method for monitoring thermal runaway of the battery comprises the steps that a gas characteristic value in a battery cell in a battery pack is obtained, and the gas characteristic value in the battery cell is obtained through a gas pressure signal in the battery cell; and outputting corresponding battery thermal runaway early warning information when the characteristic value of the gas in the battery cell meets the threshold condition of the gas in the battery cell. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, potential safety hazards in the battery cell can be found more accurately and timely, and battery faults are effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种监测电池热失控的方法、电池管理系统、电子设备、存储介质和用电系统,监测电池热失控的方法包括:获得电池包中电芯内部的气体特征值,电芯内部的气体特征值是通过电芯内部气压信号获得的;以及在电芯内部的气体特征值满足电芯内部气体阈值条件时,输出对应的电池热失控预警信息。本发明的方法和系统,可以更加准确地、及时地发现电芯内部的安全隐患,有效避免电池故障。
