    本发明属于动力电池技术领域,提供了一种动力电池热失控监测与报警方法、系统、设备及介质,包括获取当前时刻T、T1时刻和T2时刻的动力电池的运行参数数据;其中,T1时刻和T2时刻分别为当前时刻T的前后两帧;对获取的运行参数数据进行预处理;对经过预处理后的运行参数数据进行计算;根据计算的结果判断当前时刻T是否发生热失控,若判断发生热失控,则输出当前时刻T的故障车辆编码和故障时刻;基于故障车辆编码和故障时刻,发送报警信息;本发明通过获取当前时刻以及当前时刻的前后两帧的数据,将同一时刻单体电池的电压降、温感温度变化值与前后两帧温差最大值和压差最大值的变化结合分析,避免了采集异常导致的误判。
