The invention discloses a desorption control system of a hybrid electric vehicle and an FTIV valve clamping stagnation diagnosis method. The system comprises a carbon tank electromagnetic valve, an FTIV valve and a controller. A first pipeline is arranged between the carbon tank and an engine intake manifold for communication, and a second pipeline is arranged between the carbon tank and an oil tank. The carbon tank electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first pipeline and used for controlling connection and disconnection of a pipeline between the carbon tank and an engine intake manifold. The FTIV valve is arranged on the second pipeline and used for controlling the pipeline between the oil tank and the carbon tank to be connected and disconnected. The controller is in signal connection with the carbon tank electromagnetic valve and the FTIV valve, and when a vehicle engine works in a low-load mode, the controller controls the carbon tank electromagnetic valve and the FTIV valve to be opened so that the first pipeline and the second pipeline can be connected, oil steam in an oil tank can be desorbed, and the vehicle engine can be used for controlling the carbon tank electromagnetic valve and the FTIV valve to be opened. And the gas enters the engine from the intake manifold to participate in combustion. The automobile exhaust pollution can be reduced, and the energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车的脱附控制系统及FTIV阀卡滞诊断方法,该系统包括:碳罐电磁阀、FTIV阀和控制器。在碳罐与发动机进气岐管之间设置第一管路连通,所述碳罐与油箱之间设有第二管路。所述碳罐电磁阀设置在所述第一管路上,用于控制所述碳罐与发动机进气岐管之间的管路通断。所述FTIV阀设置在所述第二管路上,用于控制所述油箱与所述碳罐之间的管路通断。所述控制器分别与所述碳罐电磁阀和所述FTIV阀信号连接,并在车辆发动机处于低负荷工作时,所述控制器控制所述碳罐电磁阀和所述FTIV阀打开,以导通所述第一管路和所述第二管路,将油箱的油蒸汽进行脱附,并由进气岐管进入发动机参与燃烧。本发明能减少汽车排放污染,提高能源利用率。
