The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method and device for current clamping stagnation of an electric vehicle. The fault diagnosis method comprises the steps that in a driving mode, when at least one state parameter of the electric vehicle changes, a first expected current range is determined according to the state parameters before and after the change and the battery current before the change, and the state parameters comprise at least one of the battery voltage, the vehicle speed and the opening degree of an accelerator pedal. And determining whether current clamping stagnation occurs or not according to the first expected current range and the changed battery current. And if the number of times of current clamping stagnation in a single preset period reaches a preset number of times, it is determined that the electric vehicle has a clamping stagnation fault. And if the number of times of current clamping stagnation in the single preset period does not reach the preset number of times, it is determined that the electric vehicle does not have a clamping stagnation fault, and the number of times of current clamping stagnation is returned to zero. According to the scheme, the data demand quantity and the triggering judgment condition can be reduced, and the fault diagnosis accuracy is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动车电流卡滞的故障诊断方法和装置。该故障诊断方法包括:在行车模式中,当电动车的至少一个状态参数发生变化时,根据变化前后的状态参数和变化前的电池电流确定第一预期电流范围,其中,所述状态参数包括电池电压、车速和加速踏板的开度中的至少一个。根据所述第一预期电流范围和变化后的所述电池电流确定是否发生电流卡滞。若单个预设周期内所述电流卡滞的次数达到预设次数,则确定所述电动车发生卡滞故障。若单个所述预设周期内所述电流卡滞的次数未达到预设次数,则确定所述电动车未发生卡滞故障并将所述电流卡滞的次数归零。本发明方案能够降低数据需求量和触发判断的条件,并提高故障诊断的准确性。
