The invention belongs to the field of fault diagnosis of aero-engines, and provides a fault diagnosis method for clamping stagnation of a fuel metering valve of an aero-engine. The method for simulating the clamping stagnation fault of the fuel oil metering valve is designed, and the problem that clamping stagnation fault data of the fuel oil metering valve are difficult to obtain is solved. Meanwhile, fault data is converted into a vibration data type, so that fault diagnosis is facilitated; a switching type DBN network model is provided, and clamping stagnation faults under different working conditions are diagnosed. According to the method, the feature information in the SFMV fault data is accurately extracted by using the corresponding DBN parameters under each working condition, so that the SFMVs under different working conditions are diagnosed, and the accuracy of SFMV fault diagnosis under different working conditions is improved.

    本发明属于航空发动机的故障诊断领域,提出一种针对航空发动机燃油计量活门卡滞的故障诊断方法。设计一种模拟燃油计量活门卡滞故障的方法,解决了燃油计量活门卡滞故障数据难以获取的问题;同时将故障数据转换为振动数据类型,方便故障诊断;提出一种切换型DBN网络模型,对不同工况下的卡滞故障进行诊断。本发明的方法在每种工况下,使用对应的DBN参数,准确地提取SFMV故障数据中的特征信息,从而诊断出不同工况下的SFMV,提高了不同工况下SFMV故障诊断的准确率。
