The invention relates to an electric control system and method for avoiding clamping stagnation of an automobile steering system. The electric control system comprises a power management module used for outputting a fourth control signal; the MCU is used for outputting a first control signal and a second control signal according to a torque signal and an angle signal of an automobile steering wheel; the motor driving module is used for outputting a motor driving signal; the full-bridge module is used for supplying corresponding driving current to each phase of the motor so as to drive the motor to rotate; the motor driving module is also used for outputting a third control signal according to the state signal of the full-bridge module; each phase line driving module is used for outputting a phase line control signal according to the first control signal, the third control signal and the fourth control signal; a plurality of phase line modules, wherein each phase line module is used for cutting off the supply of the driving current of the corresponding phase of the motor according to the corresponding phase line control signal; according to the invention, when the MOS tube in the full-bridge module is abnormally short-circuited, the phase line circuit of the motor can be cut off so as to prevent the motor from being blocked.

    本发明涉及一种避免汽车转向系统卡滞的电控系统及方法,其电控系统包括电源管理模块用于输出第四控制信号;MCU用于根据汽车方向盘扭矩信号和角度信号输出第一控制信号以及第二控制信号;电机驱动模块用于输出电机驱动信号;全桥模块用于向电机的各个相供给对应的驱动电流以驱动电机转动;电机驱动模块还用于根据全桥模块的状态信号输出第三控制信号;多个相线驱动模块,每个相线驱动模块用于根据第一控制信号、第三控制信号以及第四控制信号输出相线控制信号;多个相线模块,各个相线模块用于根据对应的相线控制信号切断电机的对应相的驱动电流的供给;本发明能够在全桥模块中的MOS管异常短路时,可以切断电机的相线电路以避免电机卡滞。
