The propelling assembly comprises a propeller main body, a propelling driving piece and a propeller; the propeller main body is arranged on the outer side of the mounting shell, the propeller main body is connected with an output shaft of the vector adjustment driving part, and the vector adjustment driving part can drive the propeller main body to rotate to change the vector propelling direction under the control of the PCB control module; the thruster main body is provided with a cabin body, the propulsion driving part is arranged in the cabin body, the propeller is arranged on an output shaft of the propulsion driving part, and the propulsion driving part can drive the propeller to rotate and propel in a vector mode under the control of the PCB control module. The underwater vector propulsion device provided by the invention is simpler in overall structure and small in overall equipment size, and particularly has better crossing trafficability for operation in a narrow space.
