The invention provides an adaptive cruise driver intervention control method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a vehicle is in a driving state or a braking state in the current control period is determined according to the actual torque and the actual acceleration of the current control period; when the vehicle is not in the intervention state in the current N-1 control periods, if a first condition or a second condition is met, it is determined that the vehicle starts to enter the intervention state from the current control period; when the vehicle is in the intervention state in the current M control periods, if a third condition or a fourth condition is met, it is determined that the vehicle starts to exit the intervention state from the current control period; and if the vehicle is in the intervention state in the current control period, a second request torque of the current control period is determined according to the first related parameters, and the second request torque is sent to an execution unit of longitudinal control. By means of the method and device, it is ensured that the vehicle is smoothly and comfortably switched between self-adaptive cruise control and driver takeover control, and better driving experience is brought to a user.

    本申请提供一种自适应巡航驾驶员干预控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,该方法包括:根据当前控制周期的实际力矩和实际加速度确定当前控制周期车辆处于驱动状态还是制动状态;当前N‑1个控制周期中车辆不处于干预状态时,若满足第一条件或第二条件,则确定车辆从当前控制周期开始进入干预状态;当前M个控制周期中车辆处于干预状态时,若满足第三条件或第四条件,则确定车辆从当前控制周期开始退出干预状态;若当前控制周期车辆处于干预状态,则根据第一相关参数确定当前控制周期的第二请求力矩,将第二请求力矩发送至纵向控制的执行单元。通过本申请,确保车辆在自适应巡航控制和驾驶员接管控制之间的切换平顺和舒适,给用户带来更好的驾乘体验。
