The invention discloses a demand side response cooperative control electric vehicle charging scheduling method and device. According to the method, all electric vehicle charging stations are divided into leader agents and following agents; the load response increment cost rate of each electric vehicle charging station is initialized by solving a preset load response increment cost rate model, and the load response amount is calculated according to the load response increment cost rate; controlling the leader agent to recalculate the offset according to the load response quantities of all the electric vehicle charging stations during the current iteration until the currently calculated offset is smaller than a preset error, and outputting the first load response quantity of each electric vehicle charging station during the current iteration; and the leader agent is controlled, and a response control instruction is issued to the following agent leaded by the leader agent according to the first load response quantity of each electric vehicle charging station. According to the invention, the communication and control load of the dispatching center can be reduced, and the user cost is reduced while stable operation of the electric vehicle charging station is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种需求侧响应协同控制电车充电调度方法及装置。本申请将所有电车充电站划分为领导智能体以及追随智能体;通过求解预设的负荷响应增量成本率模型,初始化各电车充电站的负荷响应增量成本率,并根据所述负荷响应增量成本率,计算负荷响应量;控制领导智能体,根据所有电车充电站在当前迭代时的负荷响应量重新计算偏移量,直至当前计算的所述偏移量小于预设误差,输出当前迭代时的各所述电车充电站的第一负荷响应量;控制所述领导智能体,根据各电车充电站的所述第一负荷响应量,下发响应控制指令至所述领导智能体领导的所述追随智能体。本申请,可以降低调度中心的通信以及控制负荷,保证电车充电站稳定运行的同时,降低用户成本。
