The embodiment of the invention provides an online scheduling method and device based on electric vehicle charging demand response. The method comprises the steps that: the electric quantity demand information of a plurality of first user terminals in each time slot in a preset time range, and the EDR (emergency demand response) information of a power grid are received, wherein the first user terminals are user terminals having a charging demand; based on the electric quantity demand information and the EDR information, the demand information is displayed to a plurality of second user terminals, response information returned by each second user terminal is received, wherein the response information comprises the electric quantity which can be provided by the second user terminals to the outside and the value of the electric quantity; an optimization model is constructed based on the electric quantity demand information, the EDR information, the response information and the information of a local generator; and an electric vehicle charging scheduling strategy under the time slot is determined for the first user terminals by using the optimization model. According to the online scheduling method and device based on the electric vehicle charging demand response of the invention, the charging requirement of an electric vehicle can be better met.

    本发明实施例提供了一种电动汽车充电需求响应的在线调度方法及装置,其中方法包括:针对预设时间范围内的每一时隙,在该时隙内接收多个第一用户终端的电量需求信息,以及电网的紧急需求响应EDR信息;第一用户终端为有充电需求的用户终端;基于电量需求信息和EDR信息,向多个第二用户终端展示需求信息,并接收各第二用户终端返回的响应信息,响应信息包括:第二用户终端能够向外提供的电量和电量的价值;基于电量需求信息、EDR信息、响应信息以及本地发电机的信息,构建优化模型;利用优化模型,为第一用户终端确定该时隙下的电动汽车充电调度策略。本发明,能够更好的满足电动汽车的充电需求。
