The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging and discharging micro-grid optimization scheduling method based on demand response. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a wind and light output scene by considering the uncertainty of wind and light output; establishing a micro-grid internal equipment energy storage system model and a micro gas turbine mathematical model; establishing an electric vehicle model; an electric vehicle charging and discharging cost model and a micro-grid comprehensive benefit model based on time-of-use electricity price are established, a target function is constructed with the lowest electric vehicle charging cost and the highest micro-grid income as targets, and a CPLEX solver is adopted for solving. According to the method, the influence of the complementary characteristics of multiple energy sources and the uncertainty of wind and light on system optimization scheduling is comprehensively considered, the uncertainty of wind and light renewable energy source output can be described, and the adverse influence of disordered charging of the electric vehicle on the micro-grid is analyzed according to the driving characteristics of the electric vehicle; the method improves the energy, consumption economy and reliability of the micro-grid, reduces the charging cost of the electric vehicle, and has very high reference and utilization values.
本发明涉及一种基于需求响应的电动汽车充放电微电网优化调度方法,包括:考虑风光出力不确定性构建风光出力场景;建立微电网内部设备储能系统模型和微型燃气轮机数学模型;建立电动汽车模型;建立电动汽车充放电费用模型和基于分时电价的微电网综合效益模型,采用以电动车充电费用最低和微电网收益最高为目标构建目标函数,采用CPLEX求解器求解。本发明综合考虑多种能源的互补特性及风光的不确定性对系统优化调度带来的影响,可以对风光可再生能源出力的不确定性进行描述,根据电动汽车的行驶特性分析了电动汽车无序充电对微电网带来的不利影响;提高微电网的能源、消纳经济性、可靠性,降低了电动汽车的充电费用,具有很高的参考和利用价值。
