The invention provides an electric vehicle charging and discharging system and method based on elastic demand response. The method comprises the steps that a day-ahead reservation type user load model, a wind power generation model, a solar power generation model, an energy storage system model and an equivalent load model are constructed; the day-ahead reservation type user load is constrained, and an intra-day demand response type user load model is established; building a user fast and slow charging selection model according to the intraday demand response type user load model, and carrying out charging and discharging power constraint and capacity constraint on the user fast and slow charging selection model; and constructing a target function about the day-ahead reservation type user load model and the intra-day demand response type user load model by taking the minimum user charging price and the maximum charging amount as targets, and solving the target function to obtain an optimal charging and discharging strategy. According to the invention, the charging cost of the user can be effectively reduced, the charging satisfaction degree of the user can be improved, and renewable energy sources can be effectively consumed.

    本发明提供了一种基于弹性需求响应的电动汽车充放电系统及方法,该方法包括:构建日前预约类用户负荷模型、风力发电模型、太阳能发电模型、储能系统模型、等效负荷模型;对日前预约类用户负荷进行约束并建立日内需求响应类用户负荷模型;根据日内需求响应类用户负荷模型构建用户快慢充选择模型,并对用户快慢充选择模型进行充放电功率约束和容量约束;以最小化用户充电价格和最大化充电量为目标构建关于日前预约类用户负荷模型和日内需求响应类用户负荷模型的目标函数,并对目标函数进行求解,得到最优充放电策略。本发明能够有效降低用户的充电成本并提高用户的充电满意度,并且还能有效的消耗可再生能源。
