Connecting blocks are arranged between the through holes in the four corners of the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, the upper fixing plate, the lower fixing plate and the connecting blocks are fixed through lock catches above and below the connecting blocks, and two through grooves are symmetrically formed in the middle of the upper fixing plate and the middle of the lower fixing plate.
