According to the scheme, current environment information and first driving information of a first vehicle are obtained, and the first driving information comprises the geographic position and first dynamic data of the first vehicle; acquiring second dynamic data of a second vehicle; determining a vehicle working condition of the first vehicle according to the first dynamic data; judging whether an early warning condition occurs or not according to the current environment information, the first driving information and the vehicle working condition; when the early warning condition occurs, judging whether an emergency collision condition occurs or not; when an emergency collision condition occurs, inputting the current environment information, the first dynamic data, the second dynamic data and the vehicle working condition into an anti-collision model to obtain an electromagnetic force parameter, and controlling an electromagnetic device of the first vehicle to generate an electromagnetic force according to the electromagnetic force parameter so as to enable the first vehicle and the second vehicle to repel each other, so that collision can be reduced; and the safety of the vehicle in the driving process is improved.
