The invention relates to an energy management strategy determination method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle associated information of a target vehicle in a current time period; wherein the vehicle associated information at least comprises vehicle state information of the target vehicle and environment information of an environment where the target vehicle is located; the target vehicle is a hybrid vehicle; based on a vehicle speed prediction network, according to the vehicle association information, determining a predicted vehicle speed of the target vehicle in a future time period; based on a power determination module, determining a power distribution proportion of the target vehicle in a future time period according to the predicted vehicle speed and the vehicle association information; wherein the power determination module is constructed based on a fuzzy control algorithm; and determining an energy management strategy of the target vehicle in the future time period according to the power distribution proportion of the target vehicle in the future time period. By the adoption of the method, optimization of power distribution of the power system in the vehicle can be achieved, and the expected effect is achieved.
