The invention discloses a driver takeover ability prediction method and device, a medium and a product, and relates to the field of automatic driving. Performing first preprocessing on the electroencephalogram signal to obtain a preprocessed electroencephalogram signal; performing second preprocessing on the eye movement information to obtain an eye movement hotspot map; performing feature extraction on the preprocessed electroencephalogram signals to obtain electroencephalogram signal features; determining the eye movement entropy of the to-be-predicted driver according to the eye movement hotspot map; according to the electroencephalogram signal features and the eye movement entropy, determining the takeover ability of the to-be-predicted driver by using a driver takeover ability prediction model; the driver takeover capability prediction model is obtained by training a decision tree model by using a training data set; the training data set comprises electroencephalogram signals and eye movement information of the driver for training and corresponding takeover ability labels. According to the method, the electroencephalogram signals and the eye movement information are combined, and the takeover ability of the driver is accurately predicted.

    本发明公开一种驾驶员接管能力预测方法、装置、介质及产品,涉及自动驾驶领域,通过获取待预测驾驶员的脑电图信号和眼动信息;对脑电图信号进行第一预处理,得到预处理后的脑电图信号;对眼动信息进行第二预处理,得到眼动热点图;对预处理后的脑电图信号进行特征提取,得到脑电图信号特征;根据眼动热点图,确定待预测驾驶员的眼动熵;根据脑电图信号特征和眼动熵,利用驾驶员接管能力预测模型,确定待预测驾驶员的接管能力;驾驶员接管能力预测模型是利用训练数据集对决策树模型进行训练得到的;训练数据集包括训练用驾驶员的脑电图信号和眼动信息以及对应的接管能力标签。本发明结合脑电图信号和眼动信息,实现了对驾驶员接管能力的准确预测。
