The invention provides a man-machine co-driving process driver state monitoring device and a takeover ability evaluation method, and the method comprises the following steps that a data collection subsystem collects and monitors the state of a driver and the information of a vehicle driven by the driver, and transmits the information to a real-time control system; the real-time control system carries out filtering processing on the driver state and the information that the driver drives the vehicle and carries out fusion on different data; and the implementation control system performs takeover judgment on the driver state and the vehicle information driven by the driver according to the early warning judgment logic set for the real-time control system by the upper computer controller. According to the driver driving state monitoring device and the driver takeover capability evaluation method, whether the driver has the takeover capability or not when the automatic driving system sendsthe takeover request can be judged, so that the decision of the automatic driving system is influenced, and the safety of automatic driving automobile driving and man-machine takeover is ensured.

    本发明提供了人机共驾过程驾驶员状态监测装置及可接管能力评估方法,包括以下步骤:数据采集子系统采集监测驾驶员状态、驾驶员驾驶的车辆信息,然后传输给实时控制系统;实时控制系统将驾驶员状态以及驾驶员驾驶车辆的信息进行滤波处理,对不同的数据进行融合;实施控制系统根据上位机控制器对实时控制系统设置的预警判断逻辑,对驾驶员状态、驾驶员驾驶的车辆信息进行可接管性判断。本发明所述的驾驶员驾驶状态监测装置及驾驶员可接管能力评估方法,可以判断驾驶员在自动驾驶系统发出接管请求时是否具备接管能力,从而影响自动驾驶系统的决策,确保了自动驾驶汽车行驶和人机接管的安全。
