The invention relates to an air brake electric control dryer and an air supply control system. A pneumatic unloading assembly is arranged on an air inlet pipeline of a drying cylinder, the tail end of an air outlet pipeline is used for being connected with an air storage cylinder, and an air return pipe is arranged on the air outlet pipeline; the electric control pipeline is connected with the air return pipe, the air outlet pipeline and the pneumatic unloading assembly and connected with a controller. The mechanical redundant pipeline is connected with the air return pipe, the air outlet pipeline and the pneumatic unloading assembly. Under the normal air pressure condition, the controller controls unloading and regeneration of the drying cylinder through the electric control pipeline. When the electric control pipeline breaks down, the air pressure of the air return pipe is higher and higher, and when the air pressure exceeds the preset air pressure, the mechanical redundant pipeline starts to replace the electric control pipeline to control unloading and regeneration of the drying cylinder. Due to the fact that the working trigger pressure of the mechanical redundant pipeline is larger than the working pressure of the electric control pipeline, the mechanical redundant pipeline does not work when the dryer works normally in the electric control mode, effective switching is achieved when the electric control mode fails, and normal operation of the dryer is guaranteed.
本申请涉及一种气制动电控干燥器和供气控制系统,由于干燥筒进气管路上设有气动卸荷组件,出气管路的末端用于和储气筒连接,出气管路上设有回气管;电控管路与回气管、出气管路和气动卸荷组件连接,并连接有控制器;机械冗余管路与回气管、出气管路和气动卸荷组件连接,正常气压情况下控制器通过电控管路控制干燥筒的卸荷和再生;当电控管路存在故障时,回气管的气压会越来越高,当超过预设气压时,机械冗余管路开始代替电控管路控制干燥筒的卸荷和再生;以上正是由于机械冗余管路的工作触发压力大于电控管路的工作压力,实现了干燥器电控模式正常工作下机械冗余管路不工作,同时实现电控模式失效时有效切换,保证干燥器的正常运行。
