The invention discloses an air brake electric control dryer control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a current air pressure value collected by an air pressure sensor is obtained; if the current air pressure value meets the preset condition, an exhaust electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened; if it is detected that the opening frequency of the exhaust electromagnetic valve reaches a first preset threshold value, the regeneration electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened to execute reverse blowing; if the reverse blowing time length of the regeneration electromagnetic valve reaches the preset time length, the current air pressure value collected by the air pressure sensor is repeatedly obtained, and if it is detected that the opening frequency of the exhaust electromagnetic valve reaches the first preset threshold value, the regeneration electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened to execute the reverse blowing step; and detecting the accumulative opening times of the exhaust electromagnetic valve, and if the accumulative opening times reach a second preset threshold value, determining that the air brake electric control dryer reaches the service life threshold value, and generating life early warning information. On-off of the electromagnetic valve is controlled through a program, and the service life of the dryer is calculated. The gas consumption is reduced, and the water inflow risk of the braking system is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种气制动电控干燥器控制方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:获取气压传感器采集的当前气压值;若当前气压值满足预设条件,控制排气电磁阀打开;若检测到排气电磁阀打开次数达到第一预设阈值,控制再生电磁阀打开执行反吹;若再生电磁阀的反吹时长达到预设时长,重复获取气压传感器采集的当前气压值至若检测到排气电磁阀的打开次数达到第一预设阈值,控制再生电磁阀打开执行反吹的步骤;检测排气电磁阀的累计打开次数,若累计打开次数达到第二预设阈值,确定气制动电控干燥器达到使用寿命阈值,生成寿命预警信息。本申请通过程序控制电磁阀的通断并计算干燥器寿命。减少了用气量,降低了制动系统进水风险。
