The invention discloses an air brake air dryer, an air brake control system and a vehicle. An air inlet is connected with a first air outlet through a first pipeline; a drying cylinder and a one-way valve are sequentially connected to the first pipeline in series; the first pipeline is connected with an exhaust port through a second pipeline; the second pipeline is connected with a two-position two-way unloading valve in series; the first pipeline is connected with the second air outlet through a third pipeline; the third pipeline is connected with a two-position three-way pressure regulatingvalve in series; and a regeneration valve and a backflow throttling hole which are connected in series are connected beside the one-way valve in parallel, a two-position three-way unloading protectionvalve is connected to the third pipeline in series, a first control end and a second control end of the two-position three-way unloading protection valve are connected, and the second control end ofthe two-position three-way unloading protection valve is connected with the air inlet end of the third pipeline through a regeneration throttling valve. Under the condition that an energy-saving control pipeline between a dryer and an air compressor leaks air, the dryer can be ensured to carry out unloading and regeneration control, accumulated water is prevented from entering a brake system, andpotential safety hazards of the brake system are eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种气制动空气干燥器、气制动控制系统和车辆,进气口与第一出气口通过第一管路连通,第一管路上依次串联有干燥筒和单向阀,第一管路与排气口通过第二管路连通,第二管路上串联有两位两通卸荷阀,第一管路与第二出气口通过第三管路连通,第三管路上串联有两位三通调压阀,单向阀旁并联串联的再生阀和回流节流孔,第三管路上串联有两位三通卸荷保护阀,两位三通卸荷保护阀的第一控制端与第二控制端连通,两位三通卸荷保护阀的第二控制端通过再生节流阀与第三管路的进气端连通。本发明能够在干燥器和空压机之间的节能控制管路漏气的情况下,确保干燥器能够进行卸荷和再生控制,避免积水进入制动系统,消除制动系统安全隐患。
