The invention belongs to the field of multifunctional additives for rubber, and discloses a migration-resistant rubber anti-aging agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following step: in a nitrogen protection environment, connecting a 3, 4-epoxy cyclohexyl methyl methacrylate precursor with p-aminodiphenylamine through a one-step method so as to synthesize the acrylate modified p-phenylenediamine organic compound. According to the preparation method, hexafluoroisopropanol is used as a catalyst, so that the epoxy ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups and amine is greatly accelerated, meanwhile, the reaction conditions are milder, and the production cost is reduced. The anti-aging agent E2P prepared by the invention has a high anti-aging effect and high migration resistance, and the thermo-oxidative aging resistance and migration resistance of the anti-aging agent E2P as a rubber additive are higher than those of a traditional commercial anti-aging agent and other acrylate (such as glycidyl methacrylate) modified anti-aging agents.
