本发明公开了一种橡胶耐温抗磨剂及其制备方法和应用,属于天然橡胶助剂生产技术领域,解决了非胶组分及橡胶分子链上的基团会发生局部物理化学变化的技术问题。本发明提供的橡胶耐温抗磨剂及其制备方法,的制备方法,由耐温抗磨剂原材料:碳纳米管2.0%‑5.0%,纳米二氧化硅65%‑85%,聚碳酸酯二醇3.0%‑8.0%,硅‑751.0%‑5.0%,羧基改性聚丙烯酰胺2.0%‑6.0%,将上述材料按重量份数比混合均匀后,在一定温度、压力的反应釜里发生杂化反应,进行表面活化制得橡胶耐温抗磨剂。采用杂化反应后通过在混炼胶中直接加入耐高温抗磨剂大幅度提高轮胎、橡胶制品耐高温抗磨的质量参数,该方法生产较简便,工艺过程易控制,设备全部智能化,从而使轮胎、橡胶制品的耐高温、抗磨水平显著提高。
