The non-pneumatic tire rubber material provided by the invention can be directly used for preparing the non-pneumatic tire rubber material by recovering the waste tires to obtain the coarse rubber powder containing the short fibers, supplementing the butadiene styrene rubber and the polyurethane and adding the modified carbon black and the anti-aging agent, so that the product quality keeps the performance of completely using the butadiene styrene rubber, and the non-pneumatic tire rubber material is wear-resistant and has a good anti-aging effect.
