The invention discloses a wear-resistant rubber material for a motorcycle tire and a preparation method of the wear-resistant rubber material. The rubber material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of butyl rubber, 20-30 parts of natural rubber, 6-10 parts of zinc oxide, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.5 parts of an accelerant TMTD, 5-10 parts of a synergist and 2-5 parts of sulfur. According to the invention, reinforced particles take graphene as a substrate to enhance the wear resistance of the rubber material, and a hindered phenol structure on the surface can promote decomposition of hydroperoxide, prevent chain reaction, eliminate free radical reaction and enable free radicals to generate stable substances when the reinforced particles are blended with rubber, so anti-aging effect is achieved; and meanwhile, a mercaptobenzothiazole structure on the surface can participate in a vulcanization cross-linking reaction of rubber, so interaction between reinforced particles and the rubber is enhanced, reinforcing effect is improved, and the dispersity of the filler is promoted.
