The invention belongs to the technical field of tire manufacturing, and relates to an anti-aging discoloration-resistant colored tire sidewall rubber and a preparation method thereof. The sidewall rubber comprises natural rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, butadiene rubber, high-dispersion white carbon black, a silane coupling agent, kaolin, protective wax, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, tackifying resin, pigment, insoluble sulfur, an accelerant DM, zinc oxide, a vulcanizing agent and an accelerant DPG. According to the formula components, the colored tire sidewall rubber can still have good ozone resistance, aging resistance and discoloration resistance under the condition that no anti-aging agent or operation oil is used; and meanwhile, according to the preparation method of the color tire sidewall rubber, the cleaning procedure is omitted, and the energy consumption of an internal mixer and the productivity in the actual production process are greatly reduced.

    本发明属于轮胎制造技术领域,涉及一种耐老化耐变色彩色轮胎胎侧胶及其制备方法,胎侧胶组分包括:天然胶、氯化丁基橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,顺丁橡胶,高分散白炭黑,硅烷偶联剂,高岭土,防护蜡,硬脂酸,钛白粉,增粘树脂,颜料,不溶性硫黄,促进剂DM,氧化锌,硫化剂以及促进剂DPG;该配方组分在不使用任何防老剂和操作油类的情况下仍然能够使彩色轮胎胎侧胶具有良好的耐臭氧、耐老化及耐变色性能;同时,针对彩色轮胎胎侧胶的制备方法,省去了清洗工序,极大的节约密炼机能耗及实际生产过程中的产能。
