The invention relates to a high-content TMQ-added thermo-oxidative aging-resistant tire sidewall rubber and a preparation method thereof, the sidewall rubber comprises the following components by mass: 45-55 parts of natural rubber, 45-55 parts of butadiene rubber, 50-70 parts of carbon black, 10 parts of environment-friendly oil, 2 parts of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of tackifying resin, 1.5 parts of protective wax, 0.49-0.7 part of high-content TMQ, 3.5 parts of anti-aging agent 4020, 1-2 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 0.5-1 part of an accelerant and 0-0.3 part of an anti-scorching agent. The thermal oxidative aging resistance of a tire manufactured by using the sidewall rubber is obviously improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged; meanwhile, the use amount of the anti-aging agent TMQ is reduced.
本发明涉及一种加入高含量TMQ耐热氧老化轮胎胎侧胶及其制备方法,包括以下组份,各组份按质量份数计:天然橡胶45~55份、顺丁橡胶45~55份、炭黑50~70份、环保油10份、硬脂酸2份、增粘树脂1.5份、防护蜡1.5份、高含量TMQ 0.49~0.7份、防老剂4020 3.5份、硫化剂1~2份,促进剂0.5~1份,防焦剂0~0.3份。使用本发明胎侧胶制造的轮胎,耐热氧老化性能明显提升,提高了轮胎寿命;同时减少了防老剂TMQ的用量。
