The invention provides a thermo-oxidative aging resistant rubber composition, a rubber material and a preparation method and application thereof. The rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of matrix rubber, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of vulcanizing agent, 20.0 to 110.0 parts of filler and 0.8 to 5.0 parts of thermo-oxidative aging resistant agent, and the thermo-oxidative aging resistant agent is grass green alkali. According to the present invention, the herbaceous green alkali in the rubber composition contains the heteroaromatic ring structure, and the herbaceous green alkali and the matrix rubber cooperate with each other, such that the rubber material can bear and absorb a large amount of energy so as to improve the puncture resistance of the rubber material when the rubber material is subjected to external puncture; meanwhile, the cyhalothrin also contains an active-NH group, so that active hydrogen atoms can be provided to stop the automatic oxidation process of a matrix rubber molecular chain, and excellent thermo-oxidative aging resistance is provided for the rubber material. In addition, the cyhalothrin also contains a-N-(CH3) 2 group, and an N atom is connected with two methyl groups, so that the electron donating performance of the N atom is greatly improved, and the ozone aging resistance of the rubber material is improved.

    本发明提供了一种耐热氧老化的橡胶组合物、胶料及其制备方法和应用。以质量份数计,该橡胶组合物包括基体橡胶100份,硫化剂1.0‑5.0份,填料20.0‑110.0份,耐热氧老化剂0.8‑5.0份,其中,耐热氧老化剂为草绿碱。该橡胶组合物中草绿碱含有芳杂环结构,通过草绿碱与基体橡胶相互协同,使得胶料在受到外部刺扎时,承受吸收大量的能量以提升胶料的耐刺扎性能;同时草绿碱还含有活泼的‑NH基团,能够提供活泼的氢原子以中止基体橡胶分子链的自动氧化过程,为胶料提供优异的耐热氧老化性能。此外,草绿碱还含有‑N‑(CH3)2基团,N原子与两个甲基相连大大提高了N原子的供电子性能,提高了胶料的抗臭氧老化性能。
