The invention discloses a brake clearance control method and system of an electronic mechanical brake, and in the primary braking process of the electronic mechanical brake, the method comprises the steps that the braking starting moment and the moment when a friction plate makes contact with a brake disc are obtained; acquiring the moving distance of a piston push block driven by a motor from the braking starting moment to the contact moment of a friction plate and a brake disc; judging whether the moving distance is within a set range or not, and if yes, ending the method; if not, the separation moment of the friction plate and the brake disc is obtained, and at the separation moment of the friction plate and the brake disc, the motor is controlled to drive the piston push block to return within the set range of the brake clearance. The brake clearance is accurately obtained in the one-time braking process of the electronic mechanical brake, then if it is judged that the brake clearance is not within the set range, adjustment is conducted in time at the braking ending moment, and therefore the appropriate brake clearance can be kept in the whole period of use of the electronic mechanical brake, the brake response time is shortened, and the driving safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种电子机械制动器的制动间隙控制方法及系统,在电子机械制动器的一次制动过程中,该方法包括:获取开始制动时刻和摩擦片与制动盘接触时刻;获取开始制动时刻至摩擦片与制动盘接触时刻内,电机驱动活塞推块的移动距离;判断所述移动距离是否在设定范围内,若是则结束该方法;若否则获取摩擦片与制动盘分离时刻,并在摩擦片与制动盘分离时刻,控制电机驱动活塞推块回位处于制动间隙的设定范围内。通过在电子机械制动器的一次制动过程中,准确的得到制动间隙,接着如果判断制动间隙不在设定范围,则在该次制动结束时刻及时调整,从而可以在电子机械制动器的使用的全周期内保持合适制动间隙,减小制动响应时间,提高行车安全。
