The method comprises the steps that a braking instruction is obtained, and a clamping instruction is sent according to the braking instruction; the position of the piston is determined, the initial position of the piston is the zero position, and when the friction plate is not abraded, the piston pushes the friction plate to reach the initial movement distance S0 of the contact surface of the brake disc; when a clamping instruction is executed, the position of the piston is calculated synchronously, and contact point recognition is conducted; the contact point position when the friction plate is not worn is the initial contact point position; when the piston moves towards the brake disc by an S1 distance, the contact point refreshing condition is met, the contact point position is refreshed to be a first contact point position, and the first contact point position is sent to a release control module; and a release instruction is obtained, the release control module controls the piston to move by a distance S0 away from the direction of the brake disc, the position of the piston is controlled to be S1-S0 away from the zero position, the consistency of brake feelings is guaranteed, automatic compensation of the brake clearance is achieved, and the stability and safety of the whole vehicle brake process are improved.

    本发明涉及制动间隙补偿方法、制动系统及车辆,涉及车辆制动技术领域。该方法包括获取制动指令,根据制动指令发送夹紧指令;确定活塞位置,活塞的初始位置为零位置,当摩擦片无磨损时,活塞推动摩擦片到达制动盘接触面的初始运动距离为S0;当执行夹紧指令时,同步计算活塞位置,并进行接触点识别;摩擦片无磨损时的接触点位置为初始接触点位置;当活塞朝向制动盘方向运动S1距离时满足接触点刷新条件,将接触点位置刷新为第一接触点位置,发送至释放控制模块;获取释放指令,释放控制模块控制活塞背离制动盘方向运动S0距离,将活塞位置控制在距离零位置S1‑S0处,保证制动感觉的一致性,实现制动间隙自动补偿,提高整车制动过程的稳定性与安全性。
