The invention discloses a novel electronic mechanical brake and a brake control method thereof, and belongs to the field of automobile braking, the novel electronic mechanical brake comprises a shell, a transmission mechanism arranged in the shell and a gear motor arranged on the shell, and the transmission mechanism is of a planetary roller screw structure; the transmission mechanism comprises a lead screw with one end connected with an output shaft of the gear motor and a roller assembly rotationally arranged on the outer circumferential side of the lead screw. The roller assembly is connected with a movable friction plate arranged on the shell in a sliding mode, a static friction plate symmetrical to the movable friction plate is further arranged on the shell, and a return spring is arranged between the movable friction plate and the static friction plate. According to the novel electronic mechanical brake and the brake control method thereof, a planetary roller screw structure is adopted as a transmission structure, and compared with a traditional ball screw transmission structure, the bearing capacity is higher, and the service life is longer.

    本发明公开了一种新型电子机械制动器及其制动控制方法,属于汽车制动领域,包括壳体、设置于壳体内部的传动机构以及设置于壳体上的减速电机,传动机构为行星滚柱丝杠结构,传动机构包括一端与减速电机的输出轴连接的丝杠和转动设置于丝杠外圆周侧的滚柱组件;滚柱组件与滑动设置于壳体上的动摩擦片连接,壳体上还设置有与动摩擦片对称布置的静摩擦片,动摩擦片和静摩擦片之间设置有回位弹簧。本发明采用上述新型电子机械制动器及其制动控制方法,通过采用行星滚柱丝杠结构作为传动结构,相比于传统的滚珠丝杠传动结构,承载能力更强,使用寿命更长。
