The invention relates to a brake clearance estimation and adjustment method for an electronic mechanical brake system without a clamping force sensor. The clamping force estimation and control precision of the electronic mechanical brake system is improved. According to the method, motor rotation angle information and current information are collected in the braking process, and a contact function serving as a contact criterion of a brake caliper and a brake disc is estimated, so that the brake clearance is estimated; and after the braking stroke is finished, the braking clearance is corrected to a set range, the braking clearance value is provided for the clamping force estimation module, and the problem that the clamping force estimation precision is reduced due to abrasion and other reasons is solved.

    本发明涉及智能汽车技术领域,尤其是指一种电子机械制动系统的制动间隙估计与调节方法、模块和电子机械制动装置及系统。本发明涉及一种面向无夹紧力传感器电子机械制动系统的制动间隙估计与调节方法,增加电子机械制动系统的夹紧力估计与控制精度。该方法在制动过程中收集电机转角信息与电流信息,估计作为制动卡钳与制动盘接触判据的接触函数,从而估计制动间隙;在制动行程结束后,修正制动间隙至设定范围并将制动间隙值提供给夹紧力估计模块,解决因磨损等原因导致的夹紧力估计精度下降。
