The invention discloses a radar-assisted cargo gravity center positioning and forking system which comprises a radar sensor, a central processing unit and a cargo forking executing mechanism. The radar sensor is used for scanning a forked object and transmitting scanned data to the central processing unit; the central processing unit is used for receiving data scanned by the radar sensor, identifying the size of a carrier and the three-dimensional size of goods, calculating the gravity center position of a forked object and transmitting the position to the goods forking executing mechanism; forks are placed on the two sides of the center of the fork executing mechanism, and it is guaranteed that the gravity center is located in the fork center. The center of gravity of a forked object is recognized, the forking position is properly adjusted, the center is located between the two forks, and it is guaranteed that carriers and goods are forked stably.

    本发明公开了雷达辅助货物重心定位叉取系统,其包括:雷达传感器、中央处理器、叉货执行机构;所述雷达传感器用于对叉取对象进行扫描,并将扫描的数据传送至中央处理器中;所述中央处理器用于接受雷达传感器扫描的数据,并且识别载具的大小尺寸、货物的三维尺寸,计算叉取对象的重心位置,并将位置传送给叉货执行机构;所述叉货执行机构将叉子放置在中心的两侧,保障重心位于叉子中心。通过实现识别被叉取对象的重心所在,适当调整叉取位置,让中心在2个叉子中间,保障平稳叉取载具和货物。
