The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, and particularly discloses epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the preparation method, cysteine is taken as a connecting agent, a sulfydryl-alkene click reaction is adopted, a cysteine-epichlorohydrin intermediate is grafted on a styrene-butadiene latex matrix to serve as a functional group, and the prepared epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber has good compatibility with white carbon black and a rubber matrix; therefore, the dispersion uniformity of the white carbon black in a rubber matrix can be effectively improved; meanwhile, the epoxidized styrene-butadiene rubber can partially replace a rubber matrix, so that the production cost is greatly saved; more importantly, cysteine is taken as a grafting agent, so that the grafting rate of an epoxy group is favorably regulated and controlled, the grafting rate of the epoxy group is moderate, and the tensile strength and wear resistance of a rubber system can be greatly improved while the compatibility with white carbon black and a rubber matrix is ensured; in addition, no organic solvent is used in the preparation process, so that the method is environment-friendly, and industrial production and application are easy to realize.
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体公开一种环氧化丁苯橡胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明以半胱氨酸为连接剂,采用“巯基‑烯”点击反应,在丁苯胶乳基体上接枝半胱氨酸‑环氧氯丙烷中间体作为功能基团,制备得到的环氧化丁苯橡胶与白炭黑和橡胶基体均具有良好的相容性,从而可有效改善白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散均匀性;同时,该环氧化丁苯橡胶还可以部分替代橡胶基体,大大节约生产成本;更为关键的是,以半胱氨酸作为接枝剂,有利于调控环氧基团的接枝率,使得环氧基团的接枝率适中,在保证与白炭黑和橡胶基体的相容性的同时,还能大大提高橡胶体系的拉伸强度和耐磨性;除此之外,在制备过程中未使用有机溶剂,对环境友好,易于实现工业化生产应用。
